This 3-Week online detox class, taught by Certified Health Coach Mari J Hahn, will guide you through removing most common food allergens and addictive foods and get you on track for better health and more energy! This class will walk you step-by-step as you clean out your fridge and pantry, and shop for detox-friendly foods. You will learn why it’s time to ditch the added sugar, coffee, alcohol, gluten, processed foods and most common food allergens. This course includes menu plans for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks every day with recipes. You will receive materials on the benefits of a detox, tips for reducing cravings, a list of what to eat and what not to eat during the detox and strategies for staying on track.
