Detox to Kick Start a Healthy Lifestyle

This class will walk you step-by-step as you clean out your fridge and pantry, and shop for detox-friendly foods. You will learn why it’s time to ditch the added sugar, coffee, alcohol, gluten, processed foods and most common food allergens. This course includes menu plans for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks every day with recipes. You will receive materials on the benefits of a detox, tips for reducing cravings, a list of what to eat and what not to eat during the detox and strategies for staying on track. You will also get suggestions for tough situations such as eating out, traveling and social events.
